Kyle has a range of experience I needed for my remotely located vacation rental. At my home he: fixed my gas grill door and readjusted the upper and lower halves; installed a new hasp and padlock on a shed door; modified shed door to keep from sticking; lubricated hinges to remove squeak; repaired a non working tub stopper drain; siliconed tile bath surrounded; installed curtain rods; removed a gazillion 4" nails from pantry area walls/ceiling; removed debris from under the house and hauled it to the dump; checked on loose cable wires under the house; brainstormed ideas for stabilizing gas grill; came up with a fix for loose kitchen drawer knobs; installed new lock and latch on gate and access hatch. I like it when I don't have to micromanage someone, and when they have enough experience to come up with creative solutions and fixes that work; Kyle is great at both of these

Kyle is good at what he does and was fun to work with. Our bathroom door and frame had been damaged and I wasn't sure it was fixable.( would have cost me twice as much to have the whole frame and door replaced.)
